Great article Guy! Isn’t that the truth…eating, working out and living a healthy lifestyle is so much more than just being skinny enough to fit into a dress. In fact, I think it’s healthy to indulge once in a while. Life is too short not to enjoy every moment of it. Learning to love your body for what it is will come when you live a healthy lifestyle.
